Fashion model, actress and social entrepreneur, Devonshire born Lily Cole is an inspirational figure. Proving hugely successful in her modelling and acting career, she is not just a pretty face. Lily has fully immersed herself in various charity projects and is an advocate for worldwide socio-political and environmental issues.

Cole encourages others to take action by using technology, writing, filmmaking and public speaking as a platform to raise awareness and engage attention. Her wealth of experience allows her to speak confidently on a range of topics, including her experience as a supermodel and strong beliefs as a Philanthropist, as well as being able to engage in topics on youth and social issues, entrepreneurship and fashion. Lily is a captivating and charismatic speaker, proving herself to be an inspirational role model for many.

Scouted by Benjamin Hart in 2003 at the tender age of fourteen, Lily Cole was to be the face of many high-end brands. It was during her debut photo-shoot for the Italian Vogue cover in 2003 that Lily came into her own, spiralling into a chain of successful modelling jobs that included featuring on the covers of American, Italian, British, Japanese and Korean editions of Vogue.

Accelerating Lily into the showbiz limelight, Vogue was to be the first of many prestigious brands Cole was to work with, including; Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Jean Paul Gaultier, Prada and many more that led to Vogue Paris listing her as one of the top 30 models of the 2000’s. Furthermore, Lily was also graced with the “Model of the Year” award at the British Fashion Awards in 2004.

Lily, soon after, shifted her focus from the realms of modelling and still photography, to the wonders of film, showcasing her first minor role in 2007’s “St Trinnian’s”, followed by a leading role in “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus” in 2009.

But when Cole isn’t appearing on our screens or featuring on the covers of high fashion magazines, she can be found taking part in various charity organisations. Appointed as an Ambassador of Global Angels, an international charity that helps disadvantaged communities around the world, Lily dedicates a great deal of time and effort to bettering the lives of the less fortunate. Her involvement stems into numerous projects including; Elton John Aids Foundation, Water Aid and Education Africa to name just a few.

Aside from her modelling, acting and charity work, Cole was presented a First Class Bachelor of Arts in History of Art from Cambridge University in 2011 and went on to present a six-part TV series on contemporary art for Sky Arts. She was also awarded with an Honorary Degree from Glasgow Caledonian University for her contribution to humanitarian and environmental issues.

Lily has also shown her insightful, entrepreneurial skills by developing her social network,, which encourages users to share their skills and services free of charge to create growth within the gift economy.
As a talented public speaker, Cole has spoken at several large events including; Google’s Zeitgeist Conference, now known as “Google Create”, Wired in 2012 and The World Economic Forums meeting in Davos in 2013.

“Lily’s passion for her philanthropic ventures is both contagious and consuming – she was a fantastic presence…”
