Bite sized, crunchy meringues, poached in liquid nitrogen at -196C creating LOL inducing vapour filled moments!

3 Flavours to choose from
Fancy a floral number like Lavender or a purest after nothing but Natural. We’ve got a wide range of flavours including; Lemon + Lime, Cherry, Blueberry Cheesecake and Orange Zest.

Our Mad Hatter Gastronomy Guys
Actors and exuberant individuals make up the crazy band of merry men (and women) at the Gastronomy Guys. From mad theories to bizarre stories and notins, our banterous staff will invigorate and intrigue guests while serving deliciously fabulous treats from our Nitro Rigs.

The Nitro Rig
Not fixed by parameters we can customise our design and set up to meet your event size, location and theming requirements.
Our Nitro Meringues are great for large-scale parties or perfectly petit for in shop activations or limited space pop ups.
