An accomplished star of the West End, singer, writer of stories, events director & voice-over artist; Steve Devereaux was born in London and moved to Australia with his family at a young age. While there his father became internationally famous for his role as Matt Hammond in the iconic Australian TV series Skippy the Bush Kangaroo. Several years later they returned to England and Steve Devereaux embarked on his own music career. His first role in the West End was playing Roger in Grease. More roles followed such as, Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar, Pharaoh in Joseph, Frank the Lover in Tommy and Frank ‘n Furter in The Rocky Horror Show.
After time spent in the West End and as a voiceover artist Steve Devereaux turned to TV show The Voice to making his singing debut. Gaining a place on Paloma’s team after singing Sinatra’s ‘The Lady is a Tramp’.
