Discovering a passion for music, she began to pursue singing and got her break when she sang on the demos of Wolverhampton singer Westley Jones who introduced her to Dome Records. It also went on to win three MOBO awards. The soul singer quickly started work on her next album ‘Who I Am’ which was released in 2002 and shot to number seven on the UK Albums Chart, she has released nine albums to date.
