Brazilian Percussion Band

This is Tribo – Afro-Brazilian percussion at its finest, and now you can hire them to perform at private parties and corporate events. Connecting through the ancient practice of drumming with the modern ghetto rhythms from the streets of Salvador, Bahia Tribo mixes contemporary and historical influences into the sunshine sound of the Brazilian Carnival and gives the opportunity for absolutely everybody to play, dance and find their groove.

Tribo was formed with 8 members in March 2008, and were influenced by the sounds of Bueno Vista Social Club, Santana, Carlinhos Brown and Samba. They use different instruments including Surdos, Timbal, Bacurenhas, Guitar and Keyboard.

Standard length of Performance:
The Brazilian Percussion show lasts between 15-20 minutes.
