The Rib Man has been a butcher since he was 15 and quality has always been the most important factor for great tasting meat. Of course it helps if you can cook a bit too! The Rib Man cant tell you how he cooks his ribs, but he will say that he cooks everything on the market on Webber BBQs. He can serve his fabulous ribs at corporate events and private events.
His baby-back ribs are sourced from pigs that are outdoor reared on Norfolk and Suffolk farms. He serves them as full racks, half racks, rib meat rolls and rib meat wraps. He also makes all of his own sauces, from a smoky BBQ through to a range of hot sauces with varying heat levels.
The Rib Man can cater according to the clients requirements.
