Female String Quartet – Italy

The Quartetto Effe, based in Turin, is an eclectic string quartet. It’s formed by professional musicians who have a strong experience in concerts and are specialised in musical entertainment for events, ceremonies, weddings and gala dinners in Italy and abroad.

Thanks to their remarkable versatility, they offer a large and modern concept of the string quartet which means playing all music genres. The ensemble is proud to offer a classical, more traditional repertoire, as well as a very vast choice of modern music, raging from Baroque to Contemporary music, from famous movie soundtracks to Pop and Rock music, also covering the Argentine Tangos and standard Jazz.

The Effe Quartet offers its musical services for special, exclusive and any sought occasions, where elegance and refinement are fundamental prerogatives. Their primary goal is to provide, with their artistic talent, a result of musical quality and absolute elegance, always above the customer’s expectations.

Previously winners of national and international competitions, including the “Città di Chieri” International Competition, the International Competition “Kalmiuska Brama” of Donetsk (Ukraine), National Competition “Città di Caccamo” and National Competition “Campobello di Licata”, the four musicians mastered under the guidance of musicians such as M° Pagliani, M° Giuranna, M° Canino, M° Filippini, M° S. Lamberto, Trio Altenberg. After their first meeting, all the members of the quartet completed the Master studies at the “Giuseppe Verdi” Conservatory of Turin obtaining the best grades.
