Classical Flautist
Yue is a talented young flautist who started her music journey at the age of 7. In 2014, she passed the entrance examination of Zurich University of the Arts and started her new journey in music with Professor Matthias Ziegler. In 2016, she graduated with a master’s diploma in music performance. Two years later, she graduated with the highest degree as a flute soloist with a Specialised Master’s degree.
In 2018, she was invited to play with Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra (one of the oldest symphony orchestras in the world) as a solo flautist. Alongside her invite to perform with the Orchestra, Yue also has rich experience in playing with chamber music groups. She was invited to play a series of concerts with a trio group in Solothurn and Küssnacht am Rigi in Switzerland from 2016 to 2017. Yue is more than just a classical flautist – she has participated in various workshops and played popular music as well as famous melodies from film music and easy jazzy classical music. In 2017 she performed in Crans Montana Aminona (Switzerland) at the “Lever du Soleil en musique à Cry d’Er à 2200m” events which the crowd loved! Her flute playing is unique, in a way that can connect the audience from all ages to the world of pure music at any time.
She has a huge and professional repertoire in the classical music field which is always ready to be performed on stage. Yue can prepare any popular music or film music according to the client’s needs and likes. 2011 – 1st prize in the Asian Flute Association’s 3rd Tokyo International Contest China
2014 – 2nd prize in Italy Chieri International Competition
3rd prize in 12th Luigi Zanuccoli International Young Musician Competition
2015 – 3rd prize in the 13th Padova International Music Competition
2017 – 1st prize in 15th Luigi Zanuccoli International Young Musician Competition
