Belly Dancing Show
The Fleur belly dancers have trained together for years to perform stunning stage choreographies and improvised walkabouts at events both in the UK and worldwide. Imagine multiple dancers synchronising their belly rolls – group work really is the power in numbers! Their extensive training ensures consistency and synchronicity of styling, enabling a unified group performance for that WOW effect. The Fleur belly dancers are trained as a cohesive group and continue to regularly rehearse together for an engaging visual spectacle to create a professional performance for your event.
Fleur belly dancers can provide performances for a range of different events including, but not exclusive to: Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate Events & Dinners, Exhibitions, Fundraisers, Conferences, Hen Parties, Christmas Parties, Festivals, and Moroccan Themes etc.
Fleur belly dancers have performed for an illustrious list of guests including Gordon Ramsay, Alan Titchmarsh, Kasabian, Akon, Simon Cowell, multiple TV channels, members of the British Royal Family, the Jordanian Royal Family and the United Arab Emirates Royal family. They have belly danced at some of London’s most beautiful and high end settings – The Ritz, The Dorchester, Claridge’s, Mandarin Oriental, The Savoy, Victoria & Albert Museum, Grosvenor House, Cliveden, The British Museum and many more. This group are professionals.
As a guide for your event: for a small event 1 – 3 belly dancers are recommended and for larger events 5 + would be best.
The belly dancers can come in matching or complimentary colours, depending on your branding or event colour theme.
Packages Available:
Solo – One belly dancer performing to backing track – one or two live Darbucka Drummers can also accompany the dancer
Trio – Space required is 3m x 3m
Quintet – Space required 5m x 3m
Bespoke – Any number of belly dancers and/or drummers to your request and colour scheme. The group can perform to your favourite song to include into their performance.
Fleur Belly Dancing Show & Audience participation – The most requested option. Typically the group will perform a routine on the stage or dancefloor followed by the dancers encouraging the audience to join in, ending with a lively and interactive ambience. Imagine the bride and groom, birthday boy or girl or your company CEO being circled by belly dancers on the dancefloor, guests clapping and cheering to get your party started and the dancefloor packed – the perfect act to follow after speeches or dessert. Sufficient advance notice is advised for booking over 10 dancers.
Additional Darbucka drummers can be added to each of the packages to play along to the performance and backing track
Improvised walkabout performance – For venues with limited dancefloor space or without a stage, the belly dancers create an exotic ambience with this improvised walkabout act
Standard Length Of Performance:
Usual length of a performance is 3-5 minutes for one song, 10-12 minutes for 4 songs and a performance can be up to 25 minutes in length for larger events.
